We can also offer LED solutions for your vehicle that comply with standards. If required, we can produce customer-focussed design developments. Marker \/ tail lights and headlights are available up to very high light intensities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Many of our lights include:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Light modules for marker \/ tail light and high-beam headlights, including in freeform<br \/>\n\u00b7 Casings, e.g. of PUR, GRP or aluminium<br \/>\n\u00b7 Front panes made of mineral glass, including heatable ones<br \/>\n\u00b7 Monitoring systems<br \/>\n\u00b7 Adjustment systems<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In coordination with the customer, we determine whether the front frames should be produced from aluminium casting or plastic. In addition, we can procure curved front panes, normally with ceramic screen printing and pane heating, and fit these into the front frames.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We have the following documentation for all lights:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Test planning<br \/>\n\u00b7 Test procedure planning<br \/>\n\u00b7 First sample test plan (type test plan)<br \/>\n\u00b7 Series test plan<br \/>\n\u00b7 Technical documentation<br \/>\n\u00b7 Technical description<br \/>\n\u00b7 Lamps, circuit diagram<br \/>\n\u00b7 Lamp replacement<br \/>\n\u00b7 Installation instructions<br \/>\n\u00b7 Maintenance advice<br \/>\n\u00b7 Information about the life span, fire protection, recycling<br \/>\n\u00b7 Adjusting instructions for headlights<br \/>\n\u00b7 Fire protection certificate<br \/>\n\u00b7 Acceptance test certificate<br \/>\n\u00b7 Technical drawings and models<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The service life of a railway vehicle is 30 years or more. With careful storage of tools, administration of drawings and obsolescence management, we are able to create replacement lamps or replacement parts, at least with an identical function, through until the vehicle is withdrawn from service. If parts are no longer available from our suppliers, we can suggest suitable alternatives for installation.
